What happens if the local public health recommendations prevent me from hosting a Tribute To You experience safely?
If, for whatever reason, you don’t feel comfortable or safe hosting a socially distanced gathering in your home, or if public health orders prevent it, we can divide up your package into 5 Tribute for Two boxes to be delivered at up to 5 locations. The deadline for making this decision is September 25.
How do I change my delivery location?
To change the delivery location for your Tribute epackage, please email Marc Silva at firstname.lastname@example.org before September 25.
Can more than one person use the Tribute Access Pass?
The Tribute Access Pass includes a link to access the event livestream, which can be shared within your household. The Access Pass, however, does contain only one gift box of fun branded swag.
If my package includes food and drinks, how will that be delivered?
Our Tribute Celebration caterers (in the Bay Area and Palm Springs) will provide contactless delivery of your food and drinks on the day of the event – October 10. Delivery time window is TBD. Be sure to set aside time to plate your appetizers and set up your drink station.
Is there a cut-off date for ordering a Tribute viewing package?
Tribute for Two, Tribute Cocktail or Tribute Dinner package – Yes! In order to allow our caterers enough time to prepare food and beverage orders, September 25 is the deadline for ordering these packages.
Tribute Access Pass – Friday, October 9 is the last day you can order this package. You’ll receive an email with the link to the event livestream, but please note you will receive your gift box with branded swag after October 10.
When will I receive my Tribute gift box from San Francisco AIDS Foundation?
Most gift boxes with branded swag should arrive at your home the week of October 3. However, if you order a Tribute Access Pass the week of October 3, your gift box may arrive after the event livestream on October 10.
I purchased a Tribute viewing package that includes food and drinks, but want to change the date/time of my delivery. Can I do that?
Unfortunately, due to our caterer’s tight delivery schedule, we cannot change the date or time of your delivery.
Does someone need to be home to accept a Tribute delivery?
If you are having food and drinks delivered to your home as part of your Tribute package, yes! We require someone to be present to accept the delivery–though the delivery itself can be contactless.
The Tribute gift boxes will be shipped to you and do not require a signature or person on hand to accept them. However, SFAF is not liable for any damage sustained to your gift box in the shipping process and cannot replace your gift box in the event if it is stolen off your doorstep.
